Donald Trump is selling his Beverly Hills Colonial mansion on Rodeo Drive for a mere $12 million.

Trump purchased the 10,400 square foot home last summer and has put it back on the market to see if there are any luxury real estate takers.

This sprawling Colonial home was built in 1981 and offers up everything one might expect from a Beverly Hills home.

The estate is located near the Beverly Hills Hotel and features 6 bedrooms, pool, tennis court and over a 31,000 square foot lot.

Listing information reveals that additional interior amenities include an art studio, den, family room with a built in bar, gym, library/study, media room, office, eat-in kitchen, sauna, and elevator.

Since the property is being marketed as an "excellent development opportunity" we presume Mister Trump didn't do a whole lot to the property in the short time he owned it.
