Abramovich Girlfriend Zhukova Buys in Hollywood Hills

Daria Zhukova, editor of the British fashion magazine Pop and girlfriend of Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich has paid $19.5 million for a Tuscan-style home in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills, adding to a real-estate portfolio that already includes homes in Moscow, London and St. Barts. She paid 11% less than the $21.9 million listing price.

The newly built home in Los Angeles is about 9,700 square feet and has six bedrooms, eight baths and a powder room.

Set on just over one acre, the largely flat property includes a pool, billiards room, movie theater and wine cellar.

In September, Mr. Abramovich bought a 70-acre estate in St. Barts for nearly $90 million, one of the most expensive private homes ever sold.

The 43-year-old oligarch also has bought homes in Aspen, Colo., and Cap d'Antibes, France, and owns the world's largest private yacht, England's Chelsea soccer team and a large contemporary art collection. 

Florence Mattar of Coldwell Banker Previews International represented the seller, a New York financier.

Mr. Abramovich was represented by Chris Livingston of Coldwell Banker and Chris Furie of First Monarch Holdings.
