August 17, 2009 - Florida

Tennis star Sebastien Grosjean has listed an eight-bedroom mansion he owns in Boca Raton, Fla. for $2,790,000.
Built in 1995, Grosjean's mansion has a ground-floor master suite with a bidet, six and a half baths, and a guest wing, according to public records and listing information.

Realtor.com's listing of the mansion says that the house measures 9,380 square feet.
Outdoor features on the gated, 0.67-acre (29,185-square-foot) property include an oversized heated pool and spa, a four-car garage, and a porte-cochere, according to public records and listing information.

Records show that Grosjean paid $2,220,000 for the house in late 2004.
Grosjean's listing agent Stephan Meyer told bergproperties.com that Grosjean is selling this house to buy a house somewhere else, but citing client confidentiality reasons, Meyer would not divulge the location of Grosjean's next home.
