Octvillas in Hangzhou
July 09, 2009 - Hangzhou

Octvillas, a high-end project along Fuchun River in Hangzhou, is located 16 km away from the city centre and 38 minutes drive from Shanghai.
Renowned Chinese painter Huang Gongwang lived here during the Yuan Dynasty, and was inspired to finish his masterpiece Dwelling in the Fuchun Mountains.
The project spreads over 270,000 sqm and is comprised of three phase.

Phase I is made up of 45 independent resort villas and club houses and Phase II and III are composed of super luxury five star hotels, luxury apartments and eco-friendly apartments.
Design comes courtesy of eight Asian architects under the theme "Asian View of Life", and introduces a new design concept and aims to show conformity through difference.
Many of the eight architects have worked on projects in China. Minsuk cho and Tan Kay Ngee, for example, are the chief designers for the 2010 Shanghai Expo's Korea and Singapore Pavilions.

Each resort villa features a private pool, a private lift, a top class wine cellar and a luxury spa.
Residents will also enjoy impeccable services provided by the world's premier hotels and private property management companies.
