Conrad Koh Samui luxury villas to be launched in HK
February 18, 2010 - Koh Samui
Thailand´s latest luxury branded villa development, the Conrad Koh Samui Residences, will be launched at an event in Hong Kong next month.
The development boasts 32 private residences and are located on a hillside on the south west tip of the island, approximately 45 minutes from the airport.
They offer spectacular views of the island's idyllic archipelago and access to a private beach.
The villas will be managed by Conrad, the contemporary luxury hotel brand within the Hilton family, offering owners access to a wide range of facilities including world class dining, swimming pool and signature spa, gym, kid's club and library.
Each property occupies plots ranging from 480 to 1,040 square metres and will feature striking contemporary, Thai-inspired interiors.
Built on two levels, the 25 two-bedroom and 7 three-bedroom villas come complete with private pool, sun deck and lounge area with views of Koh Samui's stunning sunsets.
The villas will be priced from THB43.8 million for a two-bedroom villa to THB88 million for a three-bedroom villa.
Villa design is by leading Singapore architects Eco>ID (Metropolitan Bangkok and W Maldives), and interior design is by Wilson Associates (Conrad Bangkok and Banyan Tree Bali).
David Simister, Chairman of CB Richard Ellis Thailand, said: "Conrad Koh Samui Residences provides investors with a competitively priced opportunity to buy into one of Asia's leading resort locations.
With construction already underway, it's a superb investment opportunity that aims to set a new benchmark for luxury resort living on this increasingly popular Thai holiday island."
"Now is the right time to invest in Thailand and this is one of the most beautiful spots on the island, with panoramic views of Koh Samui's magnificent sunsets," added Mr Simister.
