Ronaldo to Move Into 1,000 Square Meter Madrid Home

The worlds No.1 footballer, Cristiano Ronaldo is making news headlines again with his apparent move into a Madrid property.
Pictured below, the mansion is situated in Pozuelo de Alarcon, 15km west of Central Madrid, it comes with 1,000 square metres of internal space and 5,000 square metres of total ground space.
According to news sources the 24-year old soccer player has signed contracts to move into the Madrid mansion with Gilmar, the Spanish property agent handling the deal.
But it is unclear at this stage whether he is to pay rent or buy the home.
Properties in that area sell for between 5 million euros ($7.2 million) and 10 million euros, said Fernando Encinar, co- founder of Idealista.com, Spain's largest real estate Web site.
Rents range from 8,000 euros to 18,000 euros per month, he said.
