Madonna plans to buy horse farm in New York

According the the New York Post, Madonna plans to expand her property portfolio with the new purchase in the Hamptons, a star-studded vacation spot, for under $10 million.

Wild Ocean Farm, currently owned by Kelly Klein, wife of fashion mogul Calvin Klein, boasts 30 acres of land.

Kelly Klein used the farm's indoor and outdoor rings to train show horses. There is no house on the farm, just accommodation for a groom.

The star is also thought to be trying to buy 24 acres of a neighboring property on which to ride, for another $2.4 million.

The purchase comes just months after she spent $32 million on a new townhouse in Manhattan's swanky Upper East Side.
