APUS condos nearly sold out in Pattaya
October 22, 2010 - Pattaya

Pattaya's APUS Condominium has been completed on schedule with 85 per cent of its 158 units being sold.
Although it was launched during the global economic crisis in January 2009, the sales side of the project has gone well, generating 40 per cent sales in the first six months with nearly 90 per cent of its customers being Thai investors.
"We are extremely pleased with not only the final results but also our overall sales figures," said Marketing Director Jason Payne.

Before commencing the project, developers Vareejinda & Vareesub had the added benefit of being fully funded.
Payne added: "Having the funds in place to complete the project before we started was very important, it allowed us to concentrate on actually building the project.
This also gave prospective buyers considerable confidence to see the speed in which we went from empty land to a living and breathing structure in such a short time"

The development consists of two residential towers sitting on a 5-rai land plot in Central Pattaya.
Units range in size from 49 sq m one-bedroom to three-bedroom-three-bathroom with sky garden and private terrace Jacuzzi. Prices range between THB2.8 million (US$93,670) and THB11 million (US$367,912).
The residence offers resort-style atmosphere with innovative facilities including full wheelchair access, smart entry system, a centralised large freeform saltwater swimming pool with jacuzzi waterfall and sunbeds in the pool.

The project, which has been nominated for both Best Condo Eastern Seaboard and Best Print Advertisement in the upcoming Thailand Property Awards, will be officially open in November along with a celebrating and thank you party to its buyers, suppliers, promoters, contractors local property agents and press agencies.
