Singapore's Archurban designed the project, which occupies 45,000 sq m and includes 454 hotel units available for sale.

Residents also enjoy access to a range of integrated amenities, including a seafront spa, a restaurant with stunning, 360 degree views, a leisure street and a performing arts centre.

A joint effort between Dohe Property Group and Carlson Hotels, Central Seacoast is scheduled for completion in 2011.
