46 new projects launched for sale in Shanghai

New homes in 46 projects, mostly located in the city and some in neighbouring areas, are due to be released next month, dubbed "Silver October" as a traditional high season following the "Golden September".

As new home sales gradually rebound, Silver October may truly live up to the market expectation, according analysts.

An upcoming new home exhibition is scheduled to be held during October 3-6, and it is believed that the trade fair will be indicative of October home sales.
