£1.3bn Highland playground for the super-rich

Plans have been submitted to create a £1.3bn luxury resort in Perthshire on the shores of Loch Rannoch.
An outline application to build a private members club consisting of a hotel and two golf courses was given to Perth and Kinross Council last week.
The plans seek to redevelop the former Rannoch boarding school, closed in 2002, and create an exclusive resort featuring a health spa, a "body enhancement" clinic, some retail space and two 18-hole golf courses.
