Private Islands and Estate In Italy Ask $263 Million

A group of three private islands off Italy's Amalfi coast and a nearby home once owned by Franco Zeffirelli are for sale at €195 million, or about $263 million.

Italian hotelier Giovanni Russo, 70, owns the Positano islands and the home.

"He's enjoyed it for his lifetime and now he wants to live the rest of his years traveling," says representative J. Gary Peters of Triangle Capital.
