And it's now on sale for a cool $100 million ($88 million USD) to $110 million, making it one of Singapore's most expensive landed homes if it finds a buyer.

Long Island Estate Lists for $22.5 Million

A Centre Island, N.Y., estate has listed for $22.5 million. The seller is Richard Cohen, one of the world's largest collectors of early-19th-century porcelain.

Completed in 2006 and modeled after the Petit Trianon in Versailles, the 16,500-square-foot waterfront home is on just under 6 acres on Long Island, about 35 miles outside New York City.

There are eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, and a movie theater with a kitchen on the third floor.

Bruce Willis Lists in Idaho

Russian tennis player Anna Kournikova has sold her 6,630-square-foot home on Miami Beach's exclusive guard-gated Sunset Island for $7.4 million.

Ms. Kournikova, who won Grand Slam doubles titles in Australia in 1999 and 2002, paid $5 million for the seven-bedroom waterfront home in 2000.

The property has about 150 feet of frontage on the Intracoastal Waterway, as well as a large dock that can accommodate a boat.

Mellon Estate in Cape Cod Asks $28 Million

Rachel "Bunny" Mellon has listed her 26-acre waterfront compound on a private Cape Cod island for $28.7 million.

The 101-year-old Ms. Mellon, long one of the wealthiest women in America, and her late husband, philanthropist and banking heir Paul Mellon, bought the property in the 1940s.

They built a cedar-shingled, Cape Cod-style house of about 7,000 square feet on the main, seven-acre parcel, plus a beach house, detached artist's studio, greenhouses and a tennis court.

There's a 12,000-square-foot motor court, 7,000 square feet of loggias, garaging and guest house, a dock and a pool with fountains.
