J.K. Rowling buys £2.5m Edinburgh mansion

JK Rowling -The Harry Potter author - agreed to buy a 17th century mansion in Edinburgh after seeing just two of its 31 rooms.
The 44-year-old loved the property so much, that she offered the owner an extra £300,000 if he vacated the house within two weeks so that she could hold a Christmas party there.
The £2.5m ($4million) property, which will be home to the 44-year old author, her husband and their three young children, is a three-storey mansion.
The 31 rooms include 13-bedrooms; a games room and a bar look into an ornate garden having tress imported from France!
