Until her death in 2020, Canadian TV personality Therese Tanguay-Dion lived in a 5,000-square-foot home on the Mille Îles River in the Saint-Rose neighborhood of Laval, a city about 19 miles northeast of Montreal.

Now, her famous daughter Celine Dion is selling the 16-room mansion for US$1.785 million.

Built in 2002, the home has 87 feet of frontage on the Mille Iles River, which flows 26 miles through the region. According to the listing, the two-level home includes a “solarium with breathtaking views,” along with gas fireplaces, a sewing room, a workshop and two offices.
