GEOGRAPHIC POSITIONPlaced on a idyllic spot, just a few minutes drive from the walled Medieval village of Anghiari , a rural complex all constructed in local ancient stone, with origins dating back to 1800 and composed of a main farmhouse, two annexes and a large modern building currently occupied by stables and cheese factory.DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGSThe main farmhouse, completely restored and modernized in 1999, it is characterized by a typical Loggia, is set on three floors and disposed as follows: - Lower ground floor: cellar, technical room and independent bedroom with bathroom (ideal for holiday rental or for a guardian); - Ground floor: (both accessible through the external loggia through a few stone steps or, from the rear of the building through a lovely pergola) living-room with kitchen (with two windows) on the left and office (which can be easily turned into a bedroom) with bathroom on the right; from the office a wooden staircase leads to the first and top floor where there is a bedroom with bathroom on suite.The first annex, completely restored in 1999, it is now used for holiday rentals and disposed as follows: Ground floor:living room-kitchen, bedroom and bathroom; First floor: bedroom with bathroom.Second annex: structurally sound but still unfinished and therefore used as a deposit; it is set on two floors with one room each floor.STATE AND FINISHESThe main building and the first annex have been object of a complete renovation between 1997 and 1999 and, in the same period it has been created the large modern building currently occupied by the modern stables and laboratories for cheese production which is composed by: stables, milking room, barn, cheese factory (dairy), cheese shop and technical rooms.EXTERNAL AREAThe whole property is surrounded by 23,7 hectares (58,6 acres) of mixed land: copse, mixed wood, agricultural land and olive grove (350 olive trees).Currently, the business owns 100 animals, each one carefully selected both for strength and productivity, and we aim to reach a total of 150 at full regime.
