This estate, placed near Florence and Siena and close to many seaside resort of the Versilia, dates back to the 15th century and is probably of Norman origins.
The current owners have carried out a careful restoration work to the castle, giving it again the beauty of the glory days. Currently the castle is used as a receptive structure and offers relax moments to art and history lovers.

DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS
The castle (1,400 sqm) is laid over five floors plus a watching tower.
The property also includes a large farmhouse (840 sqm – 9,038 sqft) split into six apartments, an old barn (165 sqm – 1,775 sqft) now converted into a garage with indoor heated pool, connected to the external one in summer, a barn of smaller size, a second colonica and a church with chapel as well as a group of houses to restore.

EXTERNAL AREA
The land included in the estate extends for 62 hectares, 14 of which are cultivated as olive grove, producing extra-virgin olive oil Selezione and 11 hectares of vineyard, making Chianti Colli Fiorentini Titolato and some grappa.
The castle, although being very well connected to the road web, is placed in a very reserved and panoramic position.
