Coral House enjoys a privileged location, directly on the white sands of Grace Bay Beach, Providenciales. Extremely private, surrounded by acres of native bush and sea grass, the villa enjoys 2000 feet of beachfront, yet is only minutes from full-service spas, golf and tennis at the Provo Golf Club, a variety of watersports, Casablanca Casino, shopping and dining venues.
Coral House was designed to reflect the character of the Turks and Caicos and the history of island plantation estates, with architecture inspired by theatrical designer, Oliver Messel. The open plan blurs the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces, and provides for both formal and informal living areas. Coral block walls, coral rendered flooring, inlaid green marble flooring and lots of light add warmth, color and texture.
Guests enter through the central courtyard garden, featuring a koi pond and a large daybed. A covered terrace opens to the central courtyard and provides an outdoor living area open to fresh sea breezes, the space then flowing gracefully into the indoor living area. The indoor living area, framed by numerous French doors, opens on one side to the covered terrace and to the turquoise waters of Grace Bay on the other. Guests may dine in the formal dining room, seating 12, or in the dining gazebo. Informal dining areas are also offered through a family eating area, a breakfast area, and an outdoor breakfast nook. The fully equipped kitchen features a center island, modern appliances, and overlooks the center courtyard garden. A relaxing library, with coral stone bookshelves, provides a quiet retreat with Grace Bay views. The bright and peaceful Yoga studio provides mats, weights and a balance ball.
The heated pool is steps away from the terrace and is surrounded by ample decking for lounging or al fresco dining. Outdoors, families may enjoy a volleyball court, ping pong table, glass bottomed canoe, beach toys and daybeds on the beach. Indoors, a large family and media room is adjacent to the kitchen, providing games, puzzles and foosball, as well as a large screen television with surround sound, XBox and DVD player.
The Master bedroom suite enjoys a private beachfront terrace, walk-in closet, and an en-suite massage area. The en-suite bathroom contains a white marble shower and a free-standing Victorian tub. A series of covered pathways connects four guest suites, each with a private bathroom hosting both a shower and a tub. Suites are spacious enough to contain cozy seating areas and host televisions, Apple TV and high speed Wifi Internet. Two suites contain king sized beds, convertible to two twin beds. The third suite hosts a queen sized bed and opens to the courtyard. The fourth suite opens to a large private terrace with beach views, and provides a queen sized bed. All suites are decorated with French antiques and Italian marble, and are air conditioned.
Coral House is fully staffed with a butler, chef, housekeeper, and gardener to enhance its guests' relaxing stay at this luxurious, comfortable and private villa on the beach.
