STATE AND FINISHES
The hamlet has been fully restored, trying to preserve unaltered all the characteristics typical to the Tuscan and Sienese countryside. The building are made up of stone on the outside, often surrounded by stone paving. On the inside, main features are high-quality terracotta floors, dark wooden beams and brick arches. Fine details include wooden staircases and masonry fireplaces.

EXTERIORS
The buildings are all surrounded by well-maintained gardens (for a total of approx. 2.5 hectares) decorated with flowers, trees and stone walls.
The remaining 12.5 hectares making up the estate are split among vineyards (6.3 ha), olive grove (2.1 ha with 1,200 trees) and mixed woodland (4.1 ha). The vineyard, in particular, is partly registered as Chianti Classico DOCG (approx. 4 hectares) and grants a yearly production of 30,000 bottles.

The property is currently run as Agriturismo with a wine cellar. The location of the property is particularly suited for an Agriturismo, placed in the most beautiful countryside of Italy offering a unique experience among gastronomy and history, mainly thanks to the many castles visible in the region.
The most notable events of the area include the Eroica, a historical 200 km bike competition running through the whole countryside of Val d’Orcia, Crete Senesi and Chianti.
