This property has been in the same family for 3 generations and dates back to the XVIIth century. The main house of 350 m² has very large reception rooms and 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.

Main House
The house needs some upgrading work but the main structure is in good condition. The roof has been renovated in 2014 and the heating system has been changed for an heat exchange pump system, very efficient. The main house is attached to the winery. It offers 350 m² of living space on 2 levels: on the ground floor, a main entrance hall with 19th cement tiles, a fitted kitchen with a French window leading to the garden, a large dining room with marble floor and French windows, a study, a large sitting room with a fireplace, a master bedroom with a fire place, a wood floor and ensuite bathroom with a shower and a bath. This vineyard is in AOC Graves. The vines are planted with Merlot for 2/3 and Cabernet Sauvignon for 1/3. It is a young vineyard which has just been replanted. The soil is gravel with clay and limestone.
The density of the vines is 1 m x 1,80 m / 5 555 plants per ha. All the work is done by external companies, so there are no employees. The vineyard is fully equipped. There are stainless steel vats for the vinification (550 hl). Can stock around 43 000 bottles. No stock at the present time.
