The w onderful mansion which is superbly tranquil and has great privacy thanks to the lush and careful vegetation of the garden, surrounded by an artificial river.

The house is a classic immersion with impressive mosaics, greenhouse-type rooms, suite-style bedrooms and an indoor swimming pool which gives the feeling of pure relaxation and a permanent holiday.
The main entrance has an impressive 18th-century wooden door. The indoor pool has direct access from the garden and there is a dining room with a full outdoor kitchen. The swimming pool is heated, both air and hot water have waterfalls that feature large ornamental stones. The pool is maintained with solar panels, as well as having a counter-current swimming system and an area of tropical palms, kentia palms, and ornamental plants.
The winter kitchen has the old terracotta floor and the Carrara marble walls. The floors of the house are designed with wooden boards and aged travertine marble. The halls are covered by red travertine marble at half height.
Throughout the house, we find wonderful mosaics brought in from Tunisia. At the entrance of the plot, there is a garage for 3 cars and a small independent apartment for the housekeeper with a bedroom and bathroom.
The garden is an ecosystem full of birds and vegetation, designed by a prestigious landscaper. It highlights an artificial river on 2 levels with waterfalls along its route. Amongst the trees, there is a 1000-yr old olive tree, a 30 m high cedar tree, Mediterranean pines, 1 cedar pendulum, and besides fruit trees, rose bushes, ferns, bamboos, pruno and a field of wild strawberries.
