The land has a total surface of about 26 ha (approx. 64 acres) of which 5 ha are planted with AOC Côtes-de-Duras vines of which 2 ha are used on a farming contract. 1 ha needs to be planted (the owner has the planting rights), 13 ha are cultivated land, 3.5 ha are woods, and about 3.5 ha are gardens and buildings. The property is sold in excellent condition with a restored farmhouse of 323 m² with gîte (B&B activity), swimming pool and tennis court.

The main residence is an old farmhouse of 215 m² which has been completely renovated in 2006 using high quality materials offering modern comfort and authenticity. The renovation has also preserved period features such as stone fireplaces, exposed beams or Gironde Terracotta floor tiles. It has an oil-fired boiler of approx. 10 years. The residence has a beautiful view over its vineyards, the hills and the orchard. The vineyard is well cared for and is located on high ground with good exposure on south and west facing slopes allowing optimal drainage of the soil. This elevated position has protected the vineyard from frost and hail for decades. The estate's grape varieties include Sauvignon-Blanc, Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Cabernet-Franc planted on a terroir consisting of a clay base with chalk and limestone.
