This beautiful property of approximately 12 hectares, including 5.5 hectares of vines, enjoys a privileged location. Indeed, it is located about twenty kilometres from Bordeaux, on the banks of the Dordogne.

The influence of the river is predominant on the vineyard and its climatic exposure, as well as on its terroir. Close to the Dordogne, the soil is made of clay (29%), silt (57%) and sand (14%). It is perfectly suited to the typical Bordeaux grape varieties:
- merlot, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon and petit verdot for the reds
- sauvignon blanc, semillon and muscadelle for the whites

The owners have been committed to an organic approach since 2006 and are keen to apply it from the ground to the glass.
Natural biodiversity is greatly encouraged through various actions (fruit trees, bird boxes, beehives...).

Bordeaux Supérieur, Bordeaux Blanc and Bordeaux Rosé are produced in small yields. Quality is favoured over quantity.

The estate has all the infrastructure necessary for the production of wine, and all the equipment necessary for the work in the vineyard.

In addition to two 150 m² (1,615 sq ft) employee accommodation units, each of which has been refurbished, a beautiful 300 m² (3,076 sq ft) stone house in the Gironde region completes the setting.
Spread over two levels, the 12 rooms (including 8 bedrooms) offer large volumes and beautiful authentic features (parquet flooring, fireplaces, stone stairway, etc.).

The owners have started to develop a wine tourism activity by creating two independent guest rooms in a wing of the house.
