- Ground floor: ample historic cellars with vaulted ceilings, storages, boiler room, entrance hall for the apartment and courtyard leading to the private garden;
- First floor: ample living room, dining room, kitchen, sitting room, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. From a loggia with arches one can then reach the garden on the lower floor.
- Second floor: ample lofts, partially habitable and potentially usable as an expansion for the underlying apartment.

STATE AND FINISHES
The historic building underwent conservation in 2018 and the roof has been fully remade to make it totally waterproof. Inside, the house is in excellent condition and boasts the typical features of the historic palazzi in Sansepolcro, with high ceilings, ample windows, terracotta and graniglia floors and wooden beams. Particularly interesting is the red-and-white checkered pattern in the original tiles of the bedrooms. The lofts, with their very high ceilings, are currently in builder’s finish but could easily be completed and used to expand livable surface of the apartment.

EXTERIORS
The property features, pretty rare for a historic center, an ample 200-sqm garden accessed from both the ground floor through a courtyard and the apartment by descending a staircase from the loggia.
