Today, all those privileged experts of the city of Marbella are aware of the importance of one of its main districts, Nueva Andalucía. This famous area was born during the 1960s thanks to the Catalan businessman José Banús. Due to the constant warm temperatures that characterize it, the exclusive Nueva Andalucía was established as a strategic place for the construction of a large tourist complex. This adventure featured great professionals such as Antonio Bonet and Castellana, a famous architect who loves avant-garde. Thus, a short distance from the already renowned Puerto Banús, in 1968 the inauguration of a new and exclusive urbanization called Nueva Andalucia took place.
