Shallow entry, hard packed sand bottom, L- shaped aluminium dock, fire pit & of course the single slip boathouse with accommodations including bathroom & kitchenette. The open water views experienced from the upper level will have you never wanting to leave. This lake house has been a year round home and once that has been cherished by its current owners.
