La Martina is located in Jurica in a horizontal condominium in one of the greenest areas of Querétaro, which makes it a paradise. It is a residence designed by the renowned architect Eduardo Reims, in which the correct interaction and communication between all environments was sought, without generating wasted spaces and making the most of the views and visual finishes. As for the materials, we used: wood, metals, glass, natural limestone and marble.
Built on two levels with strategically planted open-air patios, which serve as skylights, ventilation and green finishes that enrich each of the interior spaces, thus weaving constant invisible transitions in both public and private areas, providing warmth and personality to each of the program's atmospheres at both levels.

The ground floor, which houses the living room, dining room, kitchen worthy of a chef, family room, terrace, services and garage, is contained by robust carved volcanic stone walls opening onto the patios, where through glass partitions it expands and joins the program. The upper floor, where the three rooms with their services are located, is inscribed within a square geometry ordered by a central family patio and defined by exposed partition walls painted

At the back of the building, a cozy garden with an emblematic reflecting pool and terrace, and in opposite corners there are two private studios that communicate with each other through the same private patio arranged in a square that links them.

Jurica is also home to the local American School, which is just 2 blocks from the property, banks, restaurants, supermarkets, and a large shopping center.
