Stora Askerön, a little paradise at the far end of the bay between Orust and Tjörn on the west coast of Sweden. The island consists of a mix between permanent residences and holiday homes, and the area has a low exploitation rate with a strong community. Stora Askerön 672, also called Flundrevik's farm, is located in one of the island's peaceful eastern bays.

The property is distributed over a total of five parcels, with a main house, barn and 250 meters of private shoreline at beautiful Flundrevik. The house, built in 1999, offers large living areas on the entrance floor and an upper floor with several bedrooms and a breathtaking view over the water. Detailed carpentry, moldings, doors and slatted window glass decorate the home. Next to the house is the barn with space for machines, a workshop or animal husbandry. An older henhouse by the water can be rebuilt for different functions, and the plot is completed with a boathouse and several ponds.

A short distance from the house, the property has its own jetty and boat berth with a fishing shed close by. The property's other parcels include both arable land and pasture with grazing areas for animals or cultivation. The farm is part of several communities which, among other things, are responsible for additional boat moorings, harbor and skerries, contributing to rental income for the property owner.
