Villino Virtus represents a true cutting-edge prototype of a new way of living, exclusively realised so that one can experience first-hand the incredible result obtained by the perfect fusion between tradition and innovation.

The project, designed down to the tiniest detail by the Team of architects Enrico Campus (designer and work direction) and Patrick Lesuisse (interior design and artistic scenography), was in fact born from the desire to put into practice the teachings that 60 years of "Costa Smeralda" style have handed down to us, combining them with the most modern design trends in terms of neuro-architecture and biophilic design.

Conceived as a dwelling to be lived in and enjoyed all year round, right from the indoor spaces, Villino Virtus is distinguished by an innovative approach to the built environment and the surrounding nature, integrating perfectly through the use of vegetation, characteristic granite monoliths, and the skilful use of the land and its natural curves.

Every corner of Villino Virtus recounts the authenticity of Gallura - Costa Smeralda thanks to traditional materials and techniques: from the vaulted ceilings to the Orosei marble floors and the hand-carved and hand-designed solid wood fixtures.

The handcrafted details are what make Villino Virtus unique and inimitable, a place where you can be enveloped in an aura of well-being and tranquillity in close contact with nature and its most authentic beauty.

The utmost care has in fact also been given to the study of exposure and natural lighting, enhanced by a state-of-the-art lighting system, where the iconic handcrafted glass wall lamps give a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Even the bathrooms are a masterpiece of craftsmanship, in a triumph of local pink marble.

The project is currently in progress, allowing maximum customisation possibilities for any requirement. At the moment there are already 3 design solutions with different types of internal distribution, from 2 to 3 bedrooms.

The indicated price includes: heating, bathrooms with the indicated finishes, vaulted ceilings, handcrafted wall lamps, masonry double beds, design of outdoor spaces. Appliances and implementations on home automation and furnishings constitute a surplus on the price.
