New developments for Pruska and Supalai
January 17, 2012 - Bangkok
Pruska Real Estate Plc (PS) has planned to launch 49 new projects worth a combined THB 34.3 billion (US$1.1 billion), yet only four of the new residencies will be condominiums.
Many of the new units will be multi-million baht homes ranging anywhere from two to five million baht, though developers will focus in the three million baht range.
The new developments will be launched in prime locations including Phatthanakan, Chaeng Watthana and Thong Lor.
But, Pruska is not the only real estate developer who is forging ahead with new residencies. Supalai Plc predicts sales growth of 14.3 per cent to THB 20 billion (US$ 628.54 million).
Supalai already has 29 projects in production with six thousand units and 13 of those projects will be low-rise and another six condominiums.
Supalai also plans to spend an additional THB four billion (US$ 127.5 million) in new land this year.
While the company is taking all of the necessary flood precautions, Supalai is also entering the commercial real estate market abroad in other Asian nations to increase revenue.
Locally, new markets can be expected in Nakhon Ratchasima, Udon Thani, Ubon Ratchathani, Phitsanulok, Nakhon Sawan, Nakhon Si Thammarat and Rayong provinces as well as sixty ongoing projects in Greater Bangkok and north country including Songkhla, Phuket, Khon Kaen and Chiang Mai.
