Eight Barbados Units Hit the Market

The largest and priciest of the units have 10,000 square feet of living space with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms and beach access.
The main building, which has full-time security, also has a pool, a private restaurant, a fitness center, a massage facility and concierge service.
The property is owned by Michael Tabor, one of the owners of the Sandy Lane Hotel in Barbados.
Keith Rubenstein, of New York-based Somerset Partners, one of the developers, says the project was started in 2005 and construction was completed in 2009.
"When the economy changed, [prospective buyers] wanted to see whatever they were going to buy was going to be completed," he says. Jessica Rohm of Somerset Partners is handling sales.
