A 10,700-square-foot home in Aspen's Red Mountain neighborhood has listed for $23.9 million.
A group of real-estate investors and developers including Chuck Rowars and Len Edelman own the recently completed house. The five-bedroom, seven-bath home sits on an acre, on a bluff overlooking the Aspen Valley.
The home in the Colorado resort area includes a full gym including an aromatherapy steam room. The investors paid $6.5 million in 2007 for the land and a small home, which has been torn down.
Chuck Frias, a broker with Frias Properties of Aspen and a minority investor in the home, has the listing.
