Vietnam - Celadon City complex officially introduced to public

Malaysian property developer Gamuda Land will team up with Vietnamese firm Sacomreal to jointly develop the US$215 million Celadon City complex in Ho Chi Minh City's Tan Phu district, the Vietnam News Agency has reported.
Celadon City will comprise of 7,000 apartments, a trade centre, office buildings, schools, clinics, a cultural house, playground and other facilities.
Dang Hong Anh, chairman of Sacomreal, said the project will also have the city's largest green park and a construction density of 20 per cent.
The project will be 82 hectares in size and located about 3km from Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
Gamuda Land, which will account for 60 percent of the total investment, will also be in charge of construction and quality management, while Sacomreal will act as the project's exclusive distributor.
