Mumbai developer Phoenix Mills, which specialises in converting former land mills into high-end integrated communities, recently unveiled its latest residential project Fountainhead in Pune, India.

Located along Ahmednagar Road, the 13-storey twin towers comprise some 81 apartment units ranging from 279 sqm to 474 sqm in size, and offer three- to four-bedroom units priced at INR128,090 (USD2066) per sqm.

“Pune has always been on the radar for us as it is one of the fastest growing cities in the country,” Mayank Ruia, head of residential at Phoenix Mills, told Indian newspaper Business Line.

The new luxury development in Maharashtra State features a landscaped elevated podium, a Zen garden, concierge with butler service, recreational areas and a Sky Clubhouse with temperature-controlled swimming pools.
