Kenny Heights Sanctuary, Kuala Lumpur
April 20, 2010 - Kuala Lumpur
International buyers are playing a key role in the early growth of Kenny Heights, an ambitious project in suburban Kuala Lumpur.
Since the first phase went on sale in 2008-49 villas designed by Kengo Kuma, priced from US$1.6 million-more than 40 percent of the buyers have been from outside Malaysia.
Kenny Heights will be developed over 15 years and will include an array of commercial and residential space designed by such architects as Foster + Partners, Adjaye Associates, Conran and Partners and Zaha Hadid Architects.
The newly launched Kenny Heights Sanctuary component situates four residential towers in a lush oasis of gardens designed by landscape architect John Van Hage of Landscape London and signature interiors by Hecker Phelan & Guthrie of Australia and Conran & Partners of the UK.
The first phase presents two 38-storey condominium towers and 168 luxury condominiums per block, including four duplex penthouses. Units feature four to six bedrooms, 3.6 metre ceilings and range in size from 172 to 348 sq m.
Residences are equipped with high quality fittings, designer kitchens and centralised air-conditioning, and owners enjoy access to a range of building amenities including a Sky Lounge, a clubhouse floor, restaurants and bars and concierge service. The estimated completion date is Q1 2013.
