Milano Residences by Versace in Manila
August 09, 2012 - Manila
Property developer Century Properties Inc. has announced plans to build a 53-storey, P3 billion (US$69.6 million) dollar upscale residential towed within Century City, an integrated community in Manila, the Philippines Star has reported.
Century has hired Italian fashion house Versace to design the public spaces for the project, which is called the Milano Residences.
Known better for its upscale clothing and accessories, Versace has also been involved in the design of luxury resorts, private residences, and interior design projects.
The Milano Residences will have a total of 340 units in various one to three-bedroom iterations with layouts called the Penthouses, the Townhouses, and Italian-inspired units called the Loggias. Construction is scheduled to be completed by 2015.
"Versace Home, the authority in showing the essential art of luxury living, is now in Manila through the Milano Residences.
To have a Versace Home interior designed address presents a rare opportunity, and an immense value to both end users and investors for units are very few and are considered collectible real estate," said Robbie Antonio, project head of The Milano Residences and managing director of Century Properties.
3.4-hectare Century City, the main development of Century Properties, is comprised of luxury residential buildings, grade A office space, and a retail centre.
