Australia 108 set to hold sales launch in Singapore
October 31, 2014 - Melbourne
Overseas property buyers in Singapore will have the chance to express their interest in the future tallest residential tower in the southern hemisphere at a sales launch on Saturday, 1 November.
The event will be held at Keypoint, 371 Beach Road, from 10am until the evening. It takes place one week after a special preview showcase also in Singapore.
Developed by Singaporean firm World Class Land, the iconic 319-metre Melbourne tower called ‘Australia 108’ will offer a total of 1,105 units, ranging from studio apartments to an 815-sqm ‘super penthouse’.
Upon completion in 2019, Australia 108 will succeed Eureka Tower as the tallest building in Melbourne.
Based on a mid-2014 report by Radio Australia, the city has been increasingly attracting buyers from Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Mainland China, resulting in an international property boost in the local market.
