Infinity by Crown Group, the AUD575 million (USD423 million) residential project soon to be built in the Green Square Town Centre in Sydney, was officially unveiled for international buyers at the Grand Hyatt Singapore earlier this week.

Sporting a void in its front-facing façade in order to allow for maximum natural light penetration, the unusually shaped 20-storey plaza will have more than 400 units, and in addition, a 1,180 sqm garden plaza with retail and restaurant outlets.

Infinity by Crown Group will have an infinity pool, spa, gym, music rooms, theatre, concierge service, roof top terrace and sky lounge.

Located centrally within the City of Sydney’s Green Square Urban Renewal Area, less than 6 km from the CBD, Infinity by Crown Group is urging foreign buyers to get a slice of luxury Sydney real estate.
