In the 1970rsquo;s the villa and the dependance were united and the number of bedrooms increased. The villa has eight bedrooms, while the dependance includes seven bedrooms. Moreover, the hotel has a comfortable bar area, a very bright reading room, a living area composed of a coffee bar and a relaxation room, and a meeting room.
STATE AND FINISHES
The villa was restored and converted into a hotel by a famous architect, who chose the best and most classy materials of that period. This was the first hotel to be completely furnished by Poltrona Frau and all the furnishings were hand-made.
The hotel is in very good condition and all the bedrooms, spacious and comfortable, boast a stunning view. All the bathrooms are new, while the frames should be changed. The bedrooms, with parquet floors or blue/red carpet, have an air conditioning system.
EXTERIORS
