Georgetown, on Great Exuma, is the capital of the Exumas and is about 25 minutes� drive from the lot. Nearby Exuma International Airport has direct flights from Nassau, Miami, Atlanta and Toronto. There is also a small airstrip on Staniel Cay.

To conclude, this single plot of a quarter of an acre is suitable for the construction of a single residence, subject to obtaining planning permission and all other necessary consents.

Alternatively, the plot can be retained as an investment, as land values here are expected to continue increasing at a considerable rate. This plot is an excellent example, its value having increased enormously during the last few years according to the Bahamian government.
