The property comprises a 12th century project Chateau with 1000m2 on 3 floors and 3 restored holiday cottages.

The estate includes all the necessary agricultural buildings for wine production, and offices and staff accommodation. At the moment the property is farming 13.64 ha and the rest is on a short term farming contract until the harvest 2020.

The wide product portfolio has dry and sweet white wines, rosé and red wines. There is a classic range as well as premium wines which are 100% oak aged. Cottages
Cottage 1: 172m2. This cottage has a large sitting room/ kitchen ( 54m2,) overlooking a terrace with a barbecue, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one with an en-suite bathroom, a separate WC, Laundry room and WC and a Dining / bar area.
Upstairs there are 2 further bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms and another WC.
Cottage 2: 130m2 with 4 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms and 2 WC upstairs and a large lounge/dining room ( 46.5m2) and fully fitted kitchen of 15.5m2.

Château
The Estate gets its name from a magnificent 12th century feudal Périgourdin castle, refurbished during the renaissance and bearing witness to a rich wine making history. Carefully preserved and enhanced by each of the important families who have owned the estate throughout history, the first documents from the 12th century certify the importance and the location of the vineyards.

The castle is square with turrets on each corner and a tower on the façade with a stone staircase providing access to all floors. The castle itself needs complete internal refurbishment which would bring life back to some of the beautiful rooms.

The 600m2 is on 3 floors. The raised ground floor has a large reception room with oak panelled walls and large impressive fireplace, 2 further rooms and an entrance hall.

On the first floor there is another large room and 2 former bedrooms with an old bathroom, the second floor has 3 former bedrooms and a bathroom. There are lovely views from the château over the vines and surrounding countryside. There is also a cellar below the castle.
