BIRD CAY: A haven of beauty and tranquility, this 230-acre tropical island is located at the south end of the Berry Islands chain, just 30 minutes by air from Nassau. The island is well protected on all sides by neighboring islands and sandbanks. Chub Cay lies just west of Bird Cay and offers an excellent marina, a private resort club, restaurants, and a 5,000 foot airstrip with customs and immigration. Proximity to the Great Bahama Bank and the Tongue of the Ocean makes this an excellent fishing, sailing, and scuba-diving paradise.

Bird Cay has duty-free approvals and is presently under development with 12 cottages, owners house, 2 warehouses, solar field, desalination plant, deep water ramp for building material and several pieces of heavy equipment.
Recently added are a 1.5 MW photovoltaic power generation system and a 10 MWh energy storage system and the construction of an 8,000-square-foot warehouse. The cost to install a 1.5-megawatt-hour photovoltaic system and a 10-megawatt-hour energy storage system was more than $15 million.
With over 4.75 miles of water frontage, Bird Cay offers sandy beaches, crystalline waters, spectacular ocean views, numerous trails, tropical palms, as well as citrus and coconut groves. Given the considerable flowing grassland, a few golf holes could easily be constructed on the island.
CAT CAY: A 37-acre private island, located at the northern tip of Bird Cay, Berry Islands. Cat Cay has a beautiful sandy beach and untouched tropical plants and foliage.
