The two storey property sits on one of the largest lots on the resort, with extensive lush gardens, designed by celebrated landscape architect Veronica Shingleton Smith and planted with an array of fruit trees, including lime, mango, banana, grapefruit and soursop.
The location is stunning with unequalled views of Petit Piton and the Caribbean Sea. The property's expansive lot and secluded location, allows an unusual degree of privacy in an exclusive enclave within the resort.
The house is traditional in style throughout, with the exterior clapboard painted in soft beige. The path to the house meanders through beautiful planting and a vast lawn which leads to a covered entrance gazebo with a bench; and a water feature fountain sits alongside the front door which has a
covered enclosed porch.
The large pool and sun terrace give fantastic relaxing and entertaining with an 8 seat dining area under a pavilion with sunset and sea views, planted with night scented jasmine. A double swing bed, outdoor shower and a covered outdoor seating area also allow guests space and flexibility. The master bedroom boasts a private first floor terrace with a heated jacuzzi and treetop views of the sea and Piton, plus a small separate terrace.
