The Villa is the result of the restoration of a small farmhouse dating back to 1800.

This traditional Tuscan house, made of stones, is positioned in a place suspended between woods, olive groves and the taste of the sea on the horizon. A perfect scenario for a restauration and expansion project designed and built by an architect well known and appreciated internationally, who has also taken care of the furniture and designed part of the furniture.

In addition to the old building there are two new outbuildings made of reinforced concrete and travertine that face one towards the pool, the other towards the olive grove, opening the view through two bow windows in corten protruding towards the outside.

The property is surrounded by a garden of about 1 hectare, completely fenced, whose realization was inspired by the nature of the place. The green meadows alternate with pebbles and herbaceous plants, resting on large round rocks.
The vegetation surrounds and animates the pool, from spring to late autumn. The colours and shades of the foliage and the blooms change with the succession of the seasons.

The garden offers different spaces from which to enjoy the landscape and the sounds of nature. Private and convivial corners alternate by connecting the interior with the exterior.

The Villa develops more on the ground floor, where the heart of the house is located. From the main entrance formed by the living room with the open kitchen, we find, on the right, the dining room which leads to the upper floor with the relaxation area/ study with bathroom. On the opposite side, we find the sleeping area: two bedrooms with private bathroom and the suite on two floors.
All rooms are furnished with valuable elements and design. The curtains, the paintings artworks are chosen in shades that reflect the colors of the beams and materials used for the construction.
From every corner of the villa, you enter the outside and this allows you to fully live the entire environment.
