On the shore of lake Båven, opposite Sparreholm, sits Fejbol Farm. Via a private road that runs through the property, you arrive at a representative manor house built in 1953. Situated on an elevation, with a wide view of the water in the south-west, the impression is grand. The house is built in a strict functionalist style with typical features still present in balconies, extensions, window placement and layout. An open living area is extended by a spacious terrace on the lower floor, and an upper floor offers, in addition to another living room, three bedrooms and a larger bathroom.

The history of the property is long. The second residential building, as well as outbuildings, were built at the end of the 18th century.
