The mansion is located on a hill overlooking a 45 hectares park of my property and it has the Arroyo Maldonado, a beautiful lagoon, in the back.
The italian landscape designer Stefano Baccari was designing the park of Dama de la Noche .The entrance has a 20 mt high canariensis palm trees boulevard,two orange gardens, a vegetable garden, and many autochthon trees like ombu, timbo, jacaranda.
The puesta del sol (the sunset) is spectacular, due to the clean air and winds of Uruguay. No other house in Punta del Este has such a special view, being the mansion on a belvedere.
The location is named Golf de la Barra, 3 km far from the most amusing place in Punta del este, La Barra, and 500 mt far from the Golf Club.
The location is also strategical to reach Jose Ignacio (the other hit location) avoiding La Barra traffic.
The area is well known to be the best chacras maritimas location.Neighbours are Justin Portman, Bulgheroni, Valeria Mazza, Natasha Caine, Giuseppe Cipriani among others important argentinian and brazilian families.
Dama de la Noche is the only mansion of that dimension and style, it is known to be the most important house in Punta.
The house has a huge entrance and living room with two fireplaces, a tv living room, a dining room and a great kitchen and office and laundry area. The service area with two bedrooms, is at a different level.
It has seven suites with seven bathroom and seven closets, a gym, a pool house with turkish bath and bathrooms.Each suite has a led tv and wife, and air conditioning.
The swimming pool is nearly olympic-size. Ten double beds are in the deck around the pool.It also has an outside dining room for 22 people and a living room.
