This beautiful vineyard estate is a well-managed and well-recognised wine company. It is located 45 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac airport and a few minutes from a village offering all services (supermarket, banks, butcher's shop, insurers...)

You arrive at the estate via a long private lane, the main residence of 280 m² is composed of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sitting room and dining room have been tastefully renovated with exposed stonework, wooden beams and large fireplaces. A large and beautiful swimming pool created in 2020 with its pool house set in the middle of a quiet garden with trees. 2 bedrooms could be easily organised as « bed and breakfast » rooms with a separate access.

A 500 m² shed built in 2021, divided into two parts, one completely insulated for wine storage and a second part for machinery storage.
The wines of this estate are well-known and sold in France and abroad.
