Black Rock Cay is a private island paradise located just off the coast of Guanaja, one of the Bay Islands of Honduras. Guanaja is easily accessible from the international airport in Roatan via boat or short flight. Guanaja is known to have some of the best fishing in the world! Black Rock Cay overlooks the Meso-American Reef, which is the world’s second largest barrier reef.

Black Rock is secluded but close enough to Guanaja to island hop over to Mangrove Bight for shopping. The island is .71 acres so allows for private ownership or ownership via Honduran corporation. This turnkey sale includes all furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, tools, a 25’ diesel Navy Whaler, a 20’ classic run about boat, and everything else with the exception of the owner’s personal items.
