The building plan and the material used are fixed in outline but with regard to furnishings, amenities and the level of finishing the future owners have a free hand. The country houses are spacious and each has a usable area of no less than 312 m2 excluding the private garage and a gross capacity of approximately 1,600 m3.

Purchase price
