Unique restored apartment in the former palace manor of the end of the XIX century by architect A.S.Kaminsky.
It is planned: a kitchen-dining room with access to the guest and private areas, a gallery with a fireplace, which opens to the ballroom, decorated with authentic columns, a master area consisting of a large bedroom, dressing room and bathroom, a guest bedroom with a dressing room and a bathroom with its own exit, a children's bedroom with a bathroom, as well as auxiliary rooms.
A completely new and complete restoration has been made with the preservation of the original stucco, columns and tall window frames of the XIX century and high 5-meter high ceilings. The works were carried out by famous restorers, who restored the original appearance of the ceremonial halls of the estate, without adding anything extra or vulgar to it. It is possible to rezonate and significantly increase the area of the apartment at the request of the buyer.
